HOW WILL THE TRADE SHOW BE ORGANISED

• the exhibitors will present themselves to the hosted buyers at 4 m2 exhibition stands equipped with Octanorm panels (panel length: 2 m, panel height: 2.40 m), a desk and 4 chairs for conducting the appointments,

• the exhibitors will receive information about the hosted buyers via the website no later than 14 days prior to the start of the exhibition,

• the hosted buyers will be able to choose the exhibitors they whish to have an appointment with,

• before the event, each exhibitor will receive an individual schedule of appointments,

• appointments with hosted buyers will run according to schedule – each appointment will last no more than 20 minutes,

• if you register on time (by 30 April 2010), the organiser guarantees at least 10 appointments with hosted buyers.
