Exhibitors can choose one of the following packages:

 

  STANDARD PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • exhibition stand of 4 m2 with table and 4 chairs for meetings, fascia board with the company name, one electric outlet, wireless internet connection
  • participation of max. two representatives of the same exhibiting company
  • coffee break, buffet lunch on the trade show day, welcome reception and official dinner
  • listing and the company description in the SPA-CE trade show catalogue
  • on-line application for scheduling one2one meetings (one calendar)

 
PREMIUM PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • exhibition stand of 4 m2 with 1 table and 4 chairs for meetings, fascia board with the company name, electric outlet, wireless internet connection
  • participation of max. two representatives
  • coffee break, buffet lunch on the trade show day, welcome reception and official dinner
  • two listings and the company description in the SPA-CE trade show catalogue
  • two on-line applications for scheduling one2one meetings (two calendars)
  • company logo at the One2One meetings entrance site
  • half page advertisement in SPA-CE catalogue

40% of the package should be paid in 8 days after pro-forma invoice is issued, 60% should be paid by August 1, 2015.

Payment Conditions:

Exhibitor is obliged to pay the registration fee and other ordered services according to the price in this registration form. Technical Organiser Toleranca marketing d.o.o. will send the pro-forma invoice to the company address. It should be paid according to the dates for Early / Regular fee: 40% should be paid in 8 days after pro-forma invoice is issued, 60% should be paid by August 1, 2015. For registrations after August 1, 100% of payment is requirred in 8 days after the pro-forma invoice is issued.


Cancellation policy:

Exhibitor can cancel the registration for the SPA-CE trade show:
  • Up to July 1, 2015 - no cancellation fee
  • Up to September 1, 2015 - Organiser will keep 50% of the amount paid
  • After September 1, 2015 - Organiser will keep 100% of the amount paid
Any refunds will be paid in 30 days after the SPA-CE trade show.
