In case you are paying at departure we will need your credit card infromation in case of reservation cancelation.

Hotel reservation cancelation is possible until 3 days before arrival at the latest. In case of later cancelation we will charge you for one-night stay or keep your payment


Payment Conditions:

Exhibitor is obliged to pay the registration fee and other ordered services according to the prices in this registration form. V.A.T. is not included in the prices and should be paid by the exhibitor. Technical Organiser will send the invoice to the company address. It should be paid no later than September 30, 2011.


Cancellation policy:

Exhibitor can cancel the registration for the SPA-CE trade show:

  • Up to July 31, 2011 – no cancellation fee
  • Up to September 30, 2011 – Organiser will keep 50% of the amount paid
  • After September 30, 2011 – Organiser will keep 100% of the amount paid

Refunds will be paid no later than 30 days after the SPA-CE trade show.
