SAVA PACKAGE INCLUDES:

SPA-CE SHOW CATALOGUE:
will be distributed to all hosted buyers at arrival to the show. It will include important information for the show as well as contact details of each exhibitor. Show catalogue is an excellent opportunity to present your company also through the PR article or advertisement. Format of the catalogue: A4.

Payment Conditions:

Exhibitor is obliged to pay the registration fee and other ordered services according to the price in this registration form. Technical Organiser will send the invoice to the company address. It should be paid no later than September 30, 2011.

Cancellation policy:

Exhibitor can cancel the registration for the SPA-CE trade show:
  • Up to September 15, 2011 - no cancellation fee
  • Up to September 30, 2011 - Organiser will keep 50% of the amount paid
  • After September 30, 2011 - Organiser will keep 100% of the amount paid
Refunds will be paid no later than 30 days after the SPA-CE trade show.

Prices do not include 20% V.A.T.
