TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Exhibitors can choose one of the following packages:
• STANDARD PACKAGE
• PREMIUM PACKAGE

STANDARD PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• participation of max. two representatives of the same exhibiting company
• coffee break and lunch during the “Rolling workshop” day and “One2One meetings” day
• get-together reception and dinner in one of the Slovenian Thermal Spas on 28 September 2021
• dinner in Moravske Toplice on 29 September 2021
• table and chairs for One2One meetings, sign with the company name, one electric outlet, wireless internet connection
• listing and the company description in the SPA-CE workshop catalog
• on-line application for scheduling one2one meetings (one diary)

PREMIUM PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• participation of max. two representatives of the same exhibiting company

PRICES FOR 2021
  • EARLY FEE paid by 31 July 2021

Payment Conditions:

Exhibitor is obliged to pay the registration fee and other ordered services according to the prices published at this website.  Technical Organiser Toleranca marketing d.o.o. will send the pro-forma invoice to the company address. Payment is required in 8 days after the pro-forma invoice is issued.


Cancellation policy:

Exhibitor can cancel the registration for the SPA-CE trade show:

• Up to 30 July 2021 – no cancellation fee
• Up to 15 August 2021 – Organiser will keep 50% of the amount paid or charge 50% if payment is not done yet
• After 16 August 2021 – Organiser will keep 100% of the amount paid
Any refunds will be paid in 30 days after the SPA-CE trade show.
